Imaginator
Computeranimation, 1986

The ”Imaginator” is an ”upright” picture animation with two branching possibilities, each of which takes about three minutes. At first one only sees a blank screen. Then from the bottom of the screen come geometric shapes which slowly combine into one image and then separate again into individual parts before they disappear from the screen altogether. It was based on BTX (Interactive). Among other things, it permitted the online play-back of computer animations in an electronic network.
