This work began with a session in a photo
studio. The body builder held the monitor weighing several
kilos more than an hour in all types of positions. The positive
slide was scanned and “reworked“ with one of the
early versions of PhotoShop. At this time, layer masks did not
yet exist and each little change had to be considered in detail
beforehand. The printing that followed on plastic foil of
250x500 cm proved to be just as expensive. The technology of
printing large formats was then also just starting.
