Act 3

Zelko Wiener

Painting

Acts
1978

These oil paintings are from a phase wherein the objective was to become free oneself and lose the fear of the canvas. They were attempts to find imagination in the surface itself, away from forms and towards more content and expressiveness.

This period was characterised by the desperate search for things that could be expressed. The most different feelings should be expressed. However, everything remained stuck in the form of fragments of ideas.
